Our Story
Renew Integrative Physical Therapy (RIPT) was originally founded as Renew Concierge Physical Therapy in 2020, born from a vision to provide advanced, personalized care for individuals suffering from chronic pain. From the beginning, our commitment has been to serve patients with conditions that are too complex or unresolved by traditional care models. Our rebrand to RIPT reflects the evolution of our clinical focus, particularly our expertise in Fascial Counterstrain, which is an innovative, hands-on technique that addresses the root inflammatory cause of pain rather than just symptoms.
As a self-pay practice, RIPT has grown significantly fueled solely by patient outcomes and word of mouth. This growth affirms that patients are not only willing, but eager, to pay out of pocket for care that offers meaningful, lasting relief.
Since our founding, we recognized that delivering advanced care, administered by residency-trained doctors, often carries a price tag too high for low-income individuals who need these services. To ensure access for those in need, RIPT has consistently provided pro bono treatment to this demographic since opening in 2020.
In November 2023, RIPT launched Renew Healing Academy, a nonprofit organization formed to scale this mission as a logical next step to provide excellent and unique treatment options for those who otherwise couldn’t afford RIPT care. While the nonprofit is newly formalized, the heart and operations behind it have been active within RIPT for over five years.
Renew Healing Academy is now poised to expand this proven model of care to low-income individuals who would otherwise remain unseen. Our history reflects not only clinical excellence but a longstanding commitment to service and our future will carry that legacy forward.
