How it works in Baltimore

Physical therapy that fits your life.

  1. Call or send your info

We'll talk through what's going on and whether we're the right fit. Free phone consultations are available.

  2. We come to you

Dr. Shepherd treats you at home, so there's no waiting room and no commute on a bad day.

  3. Hands-on from the first visit

Evaluation and treatment happen in the same session, using Fascial Counterstrain and manual therapy.

  4. A plan and a finish line

You'll know what we found, how many visits to expect, and what to do between them. The goal is to fix it, not to keep you coming back.

Google reviews

"I was in pain for months, unable to sit, walk, or stand without pain. Two months after my treatment, I feel like I have my body back. She was extremely validating of my pain after years of being ignored and gaslit by other medical professionals."

Armena B. Google review

"They actually want to cure you so they don't have to see you again. They fix the root of the problem instead of just making you feel better short term. Before you decide to 'just live with the pain,' give Sarah and Renew a call."

Adam D. Google review

"The doctors were continually baffled and my symptoms were getting progressively worse. Dr. Shepherd has been instrumental in restoring my zeal for life. I am feeling better, looking healthier, and motivated. Not only will your quality of life improve, but you will be inspired to live your best life again."

Dr. Dwayne W. Google review

"Dr. Sarah has treated my niece who has kidney disease as well as my father who has a 50 year old wound scar that caused mobility issues, and that is drastically improved. The results are wonderful and it's non-invasive and painless."
